Due to an upstream issue affecting our payment provider, Tebex, the processing of purchases (both resource and account upgrades) may be delayed. Unfortunately, attempting a new purchase of the same items will not help and will result in multiple charges.
If your payment was reported as complete during the purchase process, please await a resolution to this issue. We'll provide an update here when next available.
